Business Development Manager

Michala is part of our business development team at Cognitive. As the first point of contact for clients, she gets the conversation rolling to find out clients’ needs.  

She likes meeting such a variety of people from organisations big and small. A memorable collaboration for Michala was a series about childhood trauma and the application of TBRI®, because she got to work with the late Cynthia Hall, who had a strong vision for the project. Though the series has difficult messages, it has warmth. 

Before joining our business team, she spent time working in publishing as a Reporter and Feature Writer, and then for the Family Planning Association. She has a degree in Modern Languages, having spent time in France and Germany.  

Now Michala lives in the country with her dog and teenage children and in her spare time, she enjoys going to the theatre and gigs.
