Raising Awareness About Microplastics Through Whiteboard Animation
Microplastics are one of the most critical issues of our time. They are a problem of our own making, causing new problems for us, our health and the natural world as whole. We are passionate about using whiteboard animation to help organizations and academics achieve this awareness, informing wide audiences about the problem and the solutions.
We did just this for the University of Manchester, creating an accessible and widely shared whiteboard animation based on their research into microplastics in rivers and their origins!
How can whiteboard animation help?
A subject like microplastics is complex, involving many aspects and important messages. Whiteboard animation is able to help you meet this challenge, and create powerful and engaging comms.
Storytelling - animations use a script read by a voiceover artist and visual storytelling to make information and messages memorable.
Every animation is custom made - every whiteboard animation is tailored precisely to your message and audience.
Connecting the small and the big picture - due to the way information can be layered and connected to other points, you can show the relationship between the small and the big.
Visual metaphors and references - when ideas or explanations are more abstract, visual metaphors and relatable references can be a powerful way of reframing them into forms that your audience will understand and remember.
Multiple information streams - whiteboard animations combine rich illustrations with engaging animation, a guiding voiceover and clarifying onscreen text for a fast, thorough message.
Social media options - because your animation has been illustrated from scratch by the creative team, it can be formatted exactly to the social network you have in mind. Scenes and illustrations can be turned into supporting social media assets.
