Whenever someone has a car accident and goes to their insurance company, there’s an upfront cost to pay. But when it comes to car accidents and insurance claims, Claimsline provides a better solution. It saves drivers money and supports them. We worked together to share Claimsline’s service with drivers. 

The Brief

Making an insurance claim is far from pleasant, but the process has become an established part of car ownership. How do you introduce a new alternative to this long-standing process and persuade drivers it’s better?

Working with Claimsline, this was our brief. It tested the power of whiteboard explainer videos to be both engaging and informative. However, it was a test both whiteboard animation and our creative team were more than capable of passing.

The Explainer Animation

At the heart of our explainer video was trust and relatability. By using an approachable yet professional voiceover, we were able to communicate the services Claimsline offer. Drawing on the multiple communication streams offered by whiteboard animation, we were able to do this in an engaging way that made Claimsline’s services understandable and memorable. 

Creative, tailored, visual storytelling set the stage for Claimsline’s message. By creating a highly relatable setting and series of events, we showed Claimsline’s expertise and understanding of the issues involved as we took the audience through the Claimsline process set by step 

Because our visual thinking is created from scratch for every animation, our team were able to do what they do best - add charm, humour and the human touch. This meant we were able to include elements such as the Claimsline mascot as a central character and then use bespoke animation to get that mascot to graffiti key messages. 

All of this helped to make the animation engaging and memorable as we explained why people should phone Claimsline and not their insurer. Our visual thinking and storytelling ended on a clear call-to-action made sure viewers understood what Claimsline do and inspired them to find out more.
